About the data collection procedure
Data collection will be
conducted via questionnaire in three sectors: Food and
drink industry, retail and sales and educational sector
across six European countries and Israel.
Besides that we want to integrate the employer’s
perspective by use of a short structured interview,
asking about organisational policies.
