Aim
To develop a methodology for the detection and analysis of training needs in occupational training.
Description
In order to develop the mentioned methodology, a review of available methodologies in this field, its characteristics and the results they provide will be made in the first place.
The methodology currently used in LABORA will also be analysed by analysing its process and results, as well as its utility in the planning of training actions.
The requirements, specifications and restrictions of the methodology which is aim of the design will be identified and a first proposal will be formulated. Subsequently, a pilot test will be made in order to evaluate its utility and functioning and, where appropriate, identify improvements for its application.
