The research group focuses on the study of the effects of stress and emotional regulation on cognitive function in individuals with subjective memory complaints. Our project aims to explore how stress affects cognitive ability and how emotional regulation strategies can modulate this impact in individuals experiencing difficulties in their perceived memory. Through an interdisciplinary approach combining psychological, neurological and biomedical methods, we seek to better understand the mechanisms underlying these subjective memory complaints and propose effective interventions to improve the quality of life of these individuals.
