SCREENCAST O MATIC, is a free screen recorder that can capture any area of the screen with HD picture and sound quality. It has the option to add narration from your microphone and video from your webcam, so the video can include a small window in which the narrator appears.
You can record up to 15 minutes of video that can be hosted on the Screencast-O-Matic website (registration required), uploaded to Youtube HD or downloaded in formats such as mp4, avi or flv, where registration is not required.
