13th University-Society Awards Sessions

On 20 February 2006 was held the XIII University-Society Session, organised by the Board of Trustees of the UV and the University-Business Foundation, where the University-Society Awards were given.

 

Attendees

The event, in its 13th edition, was chair by the President of the Valencian Government, Francisco Camps; the Principal of the UV, Francisco Tomás, and the President of the Board of Trustees and the University-Business Foundationof the UV, Carlos Pascual de Miguel.

 

Sessions Programme

  • Opening of the 13th University-Society Sessions with the following programme:
    • Welcoming speech and presentation by the President of the Board of Trustees of the UV, D. Carlos Pascual de Miguel.
    • Conference “Globalisation, business and education system”, by the president of the Confederación Española de Cajas de Ahorro (CECA), Juan Ramón Quintás.
    • Univesity-Society Cooperation Awards Ceremony of the Board of Trustees of the UV.
    • Institutional interventions:
      • Speech by the Most Excellent and Most Illustrious Mr Francisco Tomás Vert, Principal of the UV.

      • Speech by the Right Honourable Mr Francisco Camps Ortiz, President of the Valencian Government.
