Information day about Creative Europe, framework programme that will include the current Media, Media Mundus and Culture 2007-13 programmes and that will have a new financial guarantee tool to improve the granting of loans to cultural operators. Creative Europe will enter into force next 1 January 2013 and will end on December 2020. It aims to support initiatives of cultural cooperation in Europe.
