Teresa Freixes

Dr. Freixes is a Doctor of Law from the University of Barcelona. Professor of Constitutional Law (UAB) and Professor Jean Monnet ad personam (Distinction Success Stories).
As an Expert of the Council of Europe, she participated in the Legal Assistance Program for Eastern Countries, in coordination with the Ministries of Justice of Romania, Moldova, Slovakia, Slovenia, the Czech Republic and Bulgaria collaborating in the training of judges, in order to favor the integration in Europe.
