On 9–10 June, the Facultat d'Economia hosted the ASEPUC Doctoral Colloquium 2026, organised by ASEPUC and the Department of Accounting, bringing together 21 doctoral students from national and international universities, with keynote lectures by Sebastian Becker and Peter Pope.

On 9–10 June, the Facultat d'Economia of the Universitat de València hosted the ASEPUC Doctoral Colloquium 2026, organised by ASEPUC and the Department of Accounting within the framework of the XXII ASEPUC International Meeting.
Over two days, 21 doctoral students from Spanish and international universities presented their research projects across four sessions on management control, financial reporting and sustainability, with keynote lectures by Sebastian Becker (HEC Paris) and Peter Pope (Università Bocconi and Emeritus Professor at the LSE).
We are especially grateful to the faculty team —Ernesto López-Valeiras, Beatriz García Osma, Encarna Guillamón, Jacobo Gómez Conde, Ana Gisbert, Belén Gill de Albornoz and Juan Manuel García Lara— for their generous and valuable feedback to the doctoral students. The colloquium closed with the INSTATS Award, the AJICEDE special mention and the launch of the ASEPUC Young Scholars Network.
