1.1. Pre-registration request for Doctoral Studies Programme

By referring to the following link you can access the admission request for Doctoral Studies Programmes:

1.2. Access to the electronical site

The online application form for Doctoral studies Programmes can be accessed, from a computer connected to the Internet entering the UV’s electronic site, through the following options:

1. UV students can do so with their email user and password.

2. Students from other universities: If you are a new user of the virtual office of the Universitat de València you may request access (username and password) by filling the following electronic form. Please, note that on the upper left corner you can change the display language to English. Once you have a username and password, you will be able to access the pre-registration form through the link indicated in the previous section selecting the option «Office user».

 1.3 Incidents

In case of computer incidents, contact our technical assistance service which will contact you as soon as possible.

1. Photocopy of the ID (Spanish citizens) NIE (residents in Spain) or Passport (foreign citizens).

2. Official University Degree (as the case may be)

•  Degree and master’s degree  certificates (Article 6.1 Royal Decree 99/2011)
• Licenciado qualification (former Spanish undergraduate degree) (Governing Council agreement 24/06/2014)
• Diploma de Estudios Avanzados (Tertiary Education Diploma) obtained according to the provisions of the Royal Decree 77/1998, 30 April, or to have reached the research proficiency regulated by the Royal Decree 185/1985, 23 January.
• Certificate of a Positive Assessment in 2 courses for specific health training.
• Former Doctoral certificates according to former regulations (Former Doctoral programme certification).

3. Official Academic Certificate. Certificate which corresponds to the master’s degree, degree or llicenciatura depending on the case.

4. Certificate of Homologation: credentials in case of holding foreign homologated studies (Degree and Master’s degree). In the case of students with non-homologated certificates issued by a superior education institute different to the EEES will additionally requires obtaining an access resolution favourable to the University of Valencia’s Rector. The request issuance will not start until there is an evidence of the payment.

IMPORTANT WARNING: DOCUMENTATION OFFSET FOR STUDENTS WITH CERTIFICATES EXTERNAL TO THE UNIVERSITAT DE VALÈNCIA:

Attention, ONLY STUDENTS WITH CERTIFICATES EXTERNAL TO THE UNIVERSITAT DE VALÈNCIA shall present all original receipts (printed) of the access degree before the enrolment period. If they were admitted in a Doctoral Studies Programme and had not presented the necessary printed documentation at the Doctoral School, such admission will be ‘conditional’ to the offset of such documentation.

No offset of the submitted documentation before the stablished deadlines will mean an automatic loss of the appointed place, which will be included in the waiting list.

Hence, we recommend the submission of the printed documentation right after the formalisation of the student’s pre-enrolment.
