Before the stay:
- prior to the stay if you have funding,
- at least one months before the start of the stay if funding has been applied for and has not been granted,
- at least three months before the start of the stay if you do not have funding,
submit to the Academic Committee of the Programme (dfisiologia@uv.es):
- Application for authorisation of the stay.
- Curriculum vitae of the person responsible for the stay at the host centre and of the director of the receiving team.
- Letter of acceptance from the host institution.
- Proof of funding.
At the end of the stay, the following must be submitted to the Academic Committee of the Programme (dfisiologia@uv.es):
- A report on the supervision of the stay signed by the tutor at the centre where the stay was carried out.
- Report of the activity carried out and report from the Tutor and Directors.
NOTE: The student must keep all the documentation, together with the authorization of the stay and the favorable report of the same, issued by the Academic Committee of the Doctorate Program, to attach them in the application for deposit of the doctoral thesis.
Instructions for obtaining the international mention of the doctorate degree, approved by the Permanent Board of the Doctorate School on 13 July 2021 and modified on 3 May 2022. Repealed by the Agreement of the Consell de Govern of 23 July 2024. ACGUV 252/2024 which approves the Regulation on the deposit, evaluation and defence of doctoral theses.
