Registration instruction


New doctoral students

The UV will publish through the web page of the Doctoral School, the result of the pre-registration according to the administrative calendar.

Students accepted in a Doctoral Programme will be able to proceed to the online enrolment on the Internet, from 2nd November to 8th November, 2021.

They will access the webpage of Portal Serveis Estudiant to make the enrolment. They will be previously notified in the e-mail provided in the pre-registration.

The payment of the fees for enrolment will not take place at the moment of the enrolment. The receipt will be generated after.

The approximate dates of issue of the receipts are:

  • Payment in one term: the last day of November 2021.
  • Payment in two terms: the last days of November 2021 and February 2022.
  • Payment in 6 terms: the last days of November, December, January, February, March and April.

Second and subsequent enrolments

Renewal of the enrolment of second and subsequent years doctoral students will be automatically done by the Doctoral School during the first two weeks of October.

The Doctoral School will send an e-mail to the students to their UV address ( during the months of June-July in order to inform them about the enrolment and for them to modify their personal information, payment information, etc.


Payment options:

  • Credit card
  • Direct debit in a Spanish account: the student will have to fill out the debit order.
  • Bank transfer: in case that the precedent options are not available, there is the possibility to do a bank transfer to Universitat de València. In order to do it, the student should write an e-mail to to ask for the account number of the University. Once the transfer is done, the student should send a copy of the bank receipt to
