On 30 October 2025, professor Ignacio Colomer, member of the research project JUSOST (Justicia sostenible en estado de mudanza global or Sustainable justice in the state of global moving) - CIPROM 2023-64 (GVA), participated as speaker in the seminar held in the Universidade de Santiago de Compostela, entitled 'Diferencias en el acceso de las partes a las fuentes de prueba y a la información en los procesos civiles' (Differences in the parties’ access to sources of evidence and information in civil proceedings).

In this event, Ignacio Colomer addressed the issue of asymmetry in access to information and sources of evidence in civil proceedings, pointing out the relevance in its functioning and the guarantees of the judicial system.

The intervention is part of the lines of research from the project JUSOST, aimed at the study and reflection regarding the contemporary challenges that the administration of justice faces.
