From 19 to 21 June, the 39th Congress of the Spanish-German Jurist Association took place in Segovia. In this context, Professor Guillermo Palao was invited to participate as a speaker, giving a conference on the international dimension of precautionary measures.

In his presentation, he gave a comparative and eminently practical approach to the issue, highlighting the difficulties raised by the application and circulation of this type of measures in the field of cross-border civil and commercial litigation in the EU.
