
On 25 June 2025, University of Salamanca profesor and member of the JUSOST-CIPROM 2023-64 Research Group Fernando Martín-Diz participated in the course ‘Argumentación probatoria y proceso como garantía constitucional’ (‘Evidential Argumentation and Process as Constitutional Safeguard’) with his session ‘Medios adecuados de resolución de controversias: nuevas posibilidades. Vinculación con la inteligencia artificial’ (‘Proper Means of Controversy Resolution; New Possibilities. Correlation with Artificial Intelligence’).
Within the framework of the Third Specialised Course of Procedural Law ‘Argumentación probatoria y proceso como garantía constitucional’ (‘Evidential Argumentation and Process as Constitutional Safeguard’) celebrated at University of Salamanca, he analysed the opportunities and challenges AI systems face for conflict resolution mechanisms. That contributed to the academic debate on the digital transformation of justice and its impact on constitutional safeguards.
