In November 2025, the collective work ¨Vulnerability, Vulnerabilities and Justice¨ was published in the Editorial Tirant lo Blanch with the open access edited by Prof.Dr. Silvia Barona Vilar, the principal investigator of the JUSOST project (Sustainable justice in the context of the global change) - CIPROM 2023-64 GVA. The publication also includes a preface by Constitutional Court judge Juan Carlos Campo Moreno.

The work is based on the study and analysis of guardianship in the face of vulnerability, addressing the multiple situations in which individuals or groups face conditions of legal, social and economic vulnerability, as well as he responses that the contemporary legal systems offer for their protection. From procedural, civil, international, and comparative perspectives, the book examines how the vulnerability has become a central theme in rethinking the justice in 21st century.
This publication has been possible thanks to the support of the CIPROM 2023-64 GVA project, in which several authors participate and was created with an aim to give the visibility to those who remain invisible, contributing with their reflections and perspectives to move toward a justice that is more sensitive, inclusive and sustainable.
The project is now available in open access mode, facilitating the consultation by the academic community, professionals in law and any other person that is interested in the recent challenges of the legal protection of vulnerability.
