Anyone who reaches your video will be able to play it, as long as you have previously marked it as "public".
Anyone who received the URL, or has found it via the search tool on MMedia, Google or by any other means will be able to view your video.
You also have the possibility to limit access to the video via a password or, on the contrary, mark the video as public and even allow it to be downloaded.
