Air Nostrum Chair for Service Quality

 

The airline Air Nostrum and the University of Valencia have promoted the creation of this Chair with the aim of organising teaching and research activities for the study of the quality of passenger service. The teaching activities, such as the free-elective subject "Quality of service in airlines", are intended primarily for students and graduates of the Diplomatura (3-year degree) in Tourism and the Licenciaturas (5-year degree) in Market Research and Techniques and in Business Management and Administration.
It also offers support to the Erasmus programme and promotes other sponsorships such as the Premio en Ventas Francisco Toran and scientific conferences.

Research projects and studies on the quality of service in the field of airlines are developed every year.
