We have an extensive experience in mathematical modelling, design, optimization and control of synthetic gene regulatory circuits. In the context of IBISBA (Industrial Biotechnology Innovation and Synthetic Biology Accelerator) we provide software tools and assessment for the design of biocircuits with target functions or high-level tasks (biosensors, bioswitches, dynamic biocontrolers etc) for biotechnology and metabolic engineering applications, including the development of mathematical models and simulation tools (à la carte), model-based control and global optimization.
