Required documentation for Physiology Master’s degree pre-enrolment
1.1.-Electronic format documentation that it is necessary to include in the application form.
a) Photocopy of the ID (Spanish citizens), NIE (residents in Spain) or Passport (foreign citizens).
b) Photocopy of the Official University Degree (unless it is a diploma from the Universitat de València).
-In case of foreign degrees previously approved by the Spanish Ministry of Education, submit a certified copy of the certificate of recognition of the Ministry of Education, Culture and Sports.
-In case of non-approved foreign degrees that already have the favourable access resolution from the Universitat de València Dean, submit a copy of the resolution.
c) Copy of the Official Academic Certificate (marks). Those students that have studied in the UV could attach the academic file and the average marks that appear in “Secretaría Virtual”.
d) Specific documentation required by the Physiology Master’s degree: Curriculum Vitae with the photocopy of the certifying documentation.
e) In case of disabilities, a copy of the certify dispatched by the assessment unit of Valencia.
1.2.-Printed Documentation
Paper documentation that is necessary to present in the Servicio de Postgrado of the Universitat de València (in person or by post mail), once the online application form has been filled:
- A certified copy of the Spanish University Degree (unless it is a degree dispatched by the Universitat de València, in this case, it won’t be necessary).
- A certified copy or the original Academic Certificate (unless it is a degree dispatched by the Universitat de València, in this case, it won’t be necessary).
- In case of foreign degrees, previously approved by the Spanish Ministry of Education, submit the original or a copy of the certificate of recognition.
- In case of non certified foreign degrees, submit the original or a copy of the official authenticated degree. Submit the authenticated academic certificate (marks).
- In case of disabilities, submit the original or an attested copy of the certificate dispatched by the assessment unit of Valencia.
Certified copy: A certified copy of a document is a copy of a document that has an endorsement that it is an authentic copy of the primary document. The authorities that can certificate a document are: public notaries, consulates and embassies.
Authenticated documents (Apostille certificates): The authentication must appear on the primary document. It is only valid the submission of the certified copy that had been submitted on the complete document.

Supply documents warning:
The online submission of the documentation does not exempt from its printed submission. If you were admitted in a Master’s Degree and had not presented the necessary printed documentation at the Postgraduate Studies Service, such admission will be ‘conditional’ to the offset of such documentation.
No offset of the submitted documentation before the established deadlines (from 9th to 17th July Pre-enrolment Phase I. From 19th to 29th September Pre-enrolment Phase II) will mean an automatic loss of the appointed place, which will be included in the waiting list.
Hence, we recommend the submission of the printed documentation right after the formalisation of the student’s pre-enrolment, not waiting for the offset place for conditional requests.
