This Master program emerges in the new European Higher Education Area (EHEA) as an answer to the existing demands and challenges in the field of Work, Organisational and Humans resources. It is created on the basis of a solid educational models developed by different European organizations and research groups - experts in teaching Work, Organisational and Humans resources.

The duration of the Program is two full-time years, with a total workload of 120 ECTS credits (60 per year).The language of instruction and assessment will be English. 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: This master shares the educational model with the Erasmus Mundus Master's Degree in Work, Organisational and Humans resources, but there are some differences between both programs, which are worth mentioning. First, the Official Master's Degree in Work, Organisational and Humans resources is taught exclusively at the University of Valencia, which gives the official diploma. Second, there is no mobility to other universities during the two years of the Master.
