Reception and security
- The Hall has reception and security services 24 hours all week.
- The Hall remains open 24 hours. All entries and exits must be through the main gate (Plaça del Forn de Sant Nicolau, 4), the gate will close at 10:00 p.m., to access the Hall after that, use the intercom (Consergeria). For security, residents cannot access the Hall through the back doors (Carrer Borseria) or the Plaça del Forn de Sant Nicolau, 2 and 3 (also known as Plaça del Xiprer)
- Reception will give you keys, pick your mail and packages and send phone notifications. They will also issue tickers for breakfast, lunch and dinner for other centres and compile IT incidents to transfer them to technical staff.
- Reception can answer questions on electronic passwords and the Hall service working as well as information on the city.
- The Security service works to protect the coexistence regulations. Talk to them at any time if necessary. Their extension is 66049.
