1. Purpose and responsible

The data facilitated in the application will be incorporated to the information systems of the UV with the purpose of providing such a service of dissemination of the research outcomes of the UV to society. The dissemination of this information is carried out through press releases which are spread through the media, they will be published on the webpages of the UV and of the specific information agencies of research dissemination, and they will disseminate them through social networks.
The application and the provision of the service implies necessarily the processing of the applicant’s personal data, and of the cited people remaining, including the image, if this was provided, either as a part of the content of the materials object of diffusion or either by means of its incorporation to the information systems of the UV.

2. Data communication

Taking into account the nature of the service, applicants accept the cession of data to third parties and, particularly, to means of communication with the goal of disseminating, transfer and diffusion of knowledge.
Likewise, applicants accept the publication on Internet in webpages or on social networks of the necessary data for the goal of dissemination.

3. Exercise of the rights

Applicants can exercise your right to access, rectification, cancellation and opposition to the treatment by sending an email addressed to lopd@uv.es, providing that they use the address provided when registering for this reason.
In any case, they can exercise these rights by the remission of a statement addressed to “Protecció de Dades (Servei d’Informàtica) - c/ Amadeu de Savoia, 4 - 46009 - València”, accompanied by a copy of an official document which accredits the applicants’ identity, as well as these documentation which justify their application.

4. Minors

The service provided by the Scientific Culture and Innovation Unit- Chair for Scientific Dissemination – do not include the capitation of minors’ data and/or images. If this type of use is required, it must be requested by means of a statement sent to this address lopd@uv.es
