Adaptation of spaces for the implementation of a cooking classroom, tasting room and Gastronomical Science laboratory at the Pilot Plant Building of the Faculty of Pharmacy and Food Sciences
Rehabilitation
The Universitat de València has been teaching the Degree in Gastronomic Science since the 2015-2016 academic year.
Through the adaptation of the available spaces on the ground floor after the construction of the drug Development and Manufacturing Pilot Plant of the Faculty of Pharmacy and Food Sciences, the creation of a “cooking” classroom, tasting room and a laboratory was made possible. By using these, the student is allowed to face real-life scenarios, training their response in a controlled environment.
