Rehabilitation
In accordance to the foreseen planning and in order to continue with the progressive remodelling of the Burjassot-Paterna Campus, 45 years after the construction of Block E, the remodelling of the third floor is promoted to improve to current service offered to the Faculty users, specifically, the Department of Physical Chemistry.
The project, with an approximate surface area of 1,097.60 m², will consist of the restructuring of the spaces (distribution, coatings,...) and the renovation of facilities and equipment, according to current regulations. With the following needs program: 4 laboratories, 21 offices, secretary’s office, archive, reprography, meeting room and cleaning warehouse.

Preparation by the SCA of the table of characteristics annexed to the specific administrative clauses (PCAP) and revision of the PPT
