Workshop encompassed in the 36th Summer University of Gandia
Overview
The objective of the course is to introduce the participants in the role of human emotions, provide resources to understand them, know how to deal with them individually and use them in the interactions in different social contexts: labour and non-labour contexts. Apart from pertinent theoretical explanations, there will be frequent labour practical activities that will allow the participants to understand and develop strategies of individual, group and organisational emotional management. Coordinator: Esther Gracia Grau. Professor of the Department of Psychology of the Universitat de València.
