From the bibliometric perspective the goal is to: a) know the volume of the scientific production, describe its evolution throughout the last decade and to see the position that it has at an international level; b) know the evolution of the scientific production in the different speciality subjects; c) to identify the groups of investigation; d) characterize the structure of the investigation groups (composition and gender of the investigators) and their attitude by means of bibliometric indicators (productivity, visibility, impact); e) to identify the most influent investigators inside each specialization; f) to identify the thematic profile in Spanish psychology; d) to define the investigators scientific communication patterns; h) to study the evolution, interaction and collaboration networks between other scientific disciplines.
In conclusion, it is pretended to know the evolution of the Spanish production of psychology throughout the last decade. We are interested in knowing the changes that have occurred in the Spanish psychology through time, in each of the different specializations, identify the main groups of investigation, its composition (by gender and category of the investigators), scientific production, visibility, thematic evolution and collaboration networks, in order to obtain an investigation map in Spanish psychology in the last ten years and to know its ranking position at an international level.
