This project of the Diputación Foral de Bizkaia (Provincial Council of Biscay), led by Tecnalia and also involving companies as SENER, TEKIA and the LISITT, performs tasks as inspections of the tunnels of Biscay verifying compliance with the Decretos Forales (Provincial Decrees) 135/2006 and 134/2008 on minimum safety requirements in tunnels.
