Intervention programs for intimate partner violence perpetrators require professionals with a high level of specialization and training in evidence-based strategies, as well as specific skills for working with this population. However, the international literature includes relatively few studies focusing on this professional group, particularly regarding the assessment of their competencies, needs, and work-related challenges.
The project has two main objectives:
- To identify the multidisciplinary professional profile, as well as the needs and challenges, of teams implementing intervention programs with men who perpetrate IPV.
- To develop tools and resources that enhance professional practice and support intervention teams.
