ACOMMODATION

The Organizing Committee of the WS10-ETOLDs has pre-booked rooms in the Renasa Hotel and the Galileo-Galilei residence. We have negotiated special rates for conference participants. These two hotels are located in a full-service area characterized by the proximity of both the Literary University of valencia and the Polytechnic University of Valencia. They are also a short walking distance (3 and 10 min, respectively) from the Conference Hall. Precise information to arrive at these hotels from different parts of the city can be found here.

To book a room, please fill in the booking form and sent it back by e-mail. Your reservation will be confirmed afterwards. All booking requests will be processed on a first come first served basis and will be subject to room availability.

Deadline for booking is 15th of May 2010.


Renasa Hotel:

All rooms are equipped with satellite TV and internet (with an extra charge of 3.50 €/day, taxes included). The negotiated price of the rooms is (taxes included):

  • SINGLE ROOM: 53.5 €
  • DOUBLE ROOM (One person): 64.2 €
  • DOUBLE ROOM (Two persons): 74.9 €

Breakfast (buffet style) is included.

In a limited number, it would be possible to provide rooms for three persons.

To find parking place in the proximity of the Renasa Hotel is quite difficult during the day. However, a nearby parking garage (not belonging to the hotel) there exists (price round to 17 euros/day).

Galileo-Galilei Residence:

Rooms are equipped with satellite TV. WI-FI conexion is for free in all residence. The negotiated price of the rooms is (taxes included):

  • SINGLE ROOM: 47.5 €
  • DOUBLE ROOM (One person): 63.5 €
  • DOUBLE ROOM (Two persons): 67.0 €

Breakfast (Continental style) is included in the price.

To find a parking place in the proximity of the Galileo-Galilei is difficult during the day. However, one can easily park after working time.
