Registration for the WS10-ETOLDs is mandatory for all persons presenting a contribution or attending the conference.

Registration fees include:

• Admission to all sessions.
• Documentation.
• Coffee breaks.
• Lunches.
• Certificate of attendance and of communication.

In order to promote exchange of knowledge also in an informal environment, a dinner is organized for workshop participants and their accompanying persons. The dinner is to be held at the Mar de Bamboo of Valencia on Tuesday 1 June 2010. A bus ride to and from the dinner is provided. More details will be given at the workshop.

Refunds - less EUR 25,- administration fee - will be granted to participants unable to attend, provided written notice is received by the Organization committee by May 15th, 2010. No refunds will be granted for cancellations received after this date. Reimbursements will be made after the workshop realization.
