Members of EMA are ambassadors of Erasmus Mundus, and EMA Programme Representatives specifically play a key role in cultivating the liaison between his/her course and EMA, in this case WOP P course. This can be done through many types of activities such as: social media networking, newsletters, social events. Other responsabilities include promoting both EMA and WOP P Programme to current and future students by organizing different meetings and events. 

The most important meeting for the EMA members is the Annual General Assembly, which will take place this year in Barcelona between 14th and 16th of June. The two-day event gathers almost 200 participants: EMA Steering Committee and Chapters' representatives, elected Master and PhD Programme Representatives, active members of EMA Networks and invited speakers and guests. The main goals of the gathering are to discuss the further strategic development of the Association, to provide a forum for generating feedback on the European higher education and to elect new President and Vice-President. The event features meetings with the representatives of the European Commission, parallel sessions of initiative service teams, networks and regional chapters of EMA, voting on amendments to the Statute of the Association and leaderships positions of EMA President and Vice-President, as well as a large group dinner and social activities.
