Main Activities

Activity 1 – Databases and Simulations
Review and collection of campaigns, radiance simulations and construction of homogeneous databases.

Activity 2 – Pre-processing and Corrections
Geometric and atmospheric corrections, and noise removal in images to ensure high-quality input data.

Activity 3 – LST Algorithms
Implementation of SW, TES, SW-TES and ANN methods adapted to LSTM sensors.

Activity 4 – Derived Indices
Production of indices such as water stress (CWSI), evapotranspiration (S-SEBI) and urban heat island (SUHI).

Activity 5 – Field Campaigns
Intensive campaigns in Seville, Grosseto, Lleida, Valencia, and validation at permanent stations.

Articles in international journals, conference presentations, webinars and project website maintenance.
