We have reserved a block of rooms at special prices in two of the best hotels in Valencia: Las Arenas and Astoria Palace.

The conference venue is Hotel Las Arenas in Valencia.

As the web site of the hotel states: The Hotel Balneario Las Arenas is the only Great Luxury Five star Hotel in the Santos chain, it belongs to the select LHW Club, and was born from the desire to claim back recuperate the beaches of Las Arenas and La Malvarrosa in the city of Valencia, combining the architectural beauty of the historical thermal spa of Las Arenas, founded in 1898, with the elegance and comfort of modern design, set in a privileged position by the sea.

Please notice that the number of rooms and the reservation period are limited. We strongly recommend you to make your reservations as soon as possible, in the case of Hotel Las Arenas not later than March 13 and in the case of Hotel Astoria Palace not later than May 12. After these dates rooms may not be available.

Hotel Astoria is located downtown and a free daily shuttle service will be provided between this hotel and the conference venue (see below).

Instructions for participants not staying at the Hotel Las Arenas (venue of the conference).

A free daily shuttle service will be provided between the Hotel Astoria and the conference venue. This service can of course be also used by participants staying elsewhere in downtown Valencia.

The address of Hotel Astoria is Plaza Rodrigo Botet 5. In order for the bus to maneuver comfortably, the meeting point for taking the bus will not be at Hotel Astoria but instead it will be in Calle del Poeta Querol 2, just in front of the Palacio Marques de Dos Aguas.
