The Registration fee includes admission to all sessions, conference material, coffee breaks, lunch from Monday to Friday and conference dinner on Wednesday.

Registration for the Astronum Conference is online and will be considered valid once payment is received.

There are two methods of payment: by credit card or bank transfer.

1) By credit card

This method is a one-step process. Simply follow the instructions provided in the online registration form above. All credit cards are accepted except American Express, Diners Club and 4B.

Your data will be processed in a secure environment.

2) By bank transfer

This method is a three-step process. First, fill in the online registration form above. Second, order the bank transfer. Third, send the bank transfer form by fax or email.

Cancellation Policy / Terms & Conditions:
Refund - minus EUR 50, for administration fee will be granted to participants unable to attend, provided written notice is received by ADEIT by August 16th, 2011. No refunds will be granted for cancellations received after. Reimbursements will be made after the conference.
