On Sunday, 21 April took place the awards ceremony of the Undergraduate Degree Final Project and Master’s Degree Final Project awards of the l’Alqueria del Basket Basketball Chair.
On 21 April, the awards ceremony of the awards to the best Undergraduate Degree Final Projects and Master’s Degree Final Projects on the topic of basketball of the year 2023 and resolved in late January 2024 took place. Valencia Basket Club was generous enough to invite the winners to the match between the Valencian club and Lenovo Tenerife in the 30th round of the Liga Endesa, in which the ceremony was held.
During the break of the first time-out requested in the game, the winners of the awards Marta Sorlí, first prize for Undergraduate Degree Final Projects with a prize of €800, and Vicente Aranda, first prize for the Master’s Degree Final Project, with a prize of €1.000, went out into the court to retrieve their awards given by Josep Crespo Hervás, Vice-Dean of Economic Management and Facilities of the FCAFE and Head of the l’Alqueria del Basket Basketball Chair and Borja Ricart Luna, representative of Alqueria Lab, department of R+D+I of l’Alqueria del Basket and member of the mixed commission of the Chair.
After the ceremony, both awardees and members of the Chair had the chance to enjoy the match, which ended with Valencia Basket’s comfortable win.
