This first edition reunited members of the UV, business representatives and responsible Administrative staff debated on the cooperative state of the University-Business in the First University-Society sessions.

Since then, it has taken place yearly and it has become the frame in which the University-Society Awards are bestowed. These awards are aimed at recognizing the task of different entities and the UV in favor of a firm collaboration between University and Business.
