The primary objective of the group is to carry out market research, competitive surveillance and foresight studies for companies, business associations and institutions supporting business activity, especially in the Valencian Community.
The Group’s activities also include the study of the economic and commercial viability of new business projects with innovative content. To this end, the Group will use its own development programmes and methodologies based on the lean startup approach.
The Group’s specific objectives include:
- Development of novel methodologies in order to improve the effectiveness of Business Intelligence in the business context
- Design and implementation of diagnostic and validation methodologies for new business projects
- Development of indicators and dashboards to analyse and evaluate the effectiveness of Business Intelligence in companies
