TRAINNING
The
staff of the Marine Zoology Unit is strongly
committed to training activities, and we are currently supervising
the theses of eight doctor students. Our group has provided
both formal and informal (hands-on) training to a number of
foreign students and researchers from Algeria, Argentina,
Belgium, Brazil, Bulgaria, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, France,
Ireland, Italy, Portugal, Ukraine, and Uruguay, supported
by schemes and organizations, such as national exchange
scholarships, Intercampus, ICI, Erasmus, Lynx, Marie Curie
Actions, INTAS fellowships, and the NATO scientific programme.
