FUNCTIONS

1. Verify the planning of the Centre’s SAIC, ensuring compliance with the general requirements of the SAIC Manual, the Quality Policy and Objectives, and the requirements set out in the corresponding verification and certification guidelines.
2. Propose, review and monitor the Centre’s Quality Policy and Objectives, and inform the educational community.
3. Monitor the effectiveness of the procedures through the indicators and evidence associated with them.
4. Control the implementation of corrective and/or preventive actions, actions derived from the system review, responses to suggestions, complaints and claims, and, in general, all procedures.
5. Manage and encourage the implementation of SAIC improvement proposals suggested within the procedures established in the SAIC.
6. Determine, within its scope of competence, the frequency and duration of the procedures for collecting satisfaction surveys from stakeholders.
7. Propose criteria for considering improvement proposals that may arise from the satisfaction survey results provided by the Technical Quality Officer.
8. Oversee the information and report to the educational community—generally to the Centre Board—on the evaluation and improvement procedures carried out.
