His PhD was titled "Formulation and implementation of truth commissions in Latin America" and passed with the highest grades

On Monday 28 June 2021, Héctor Centeno, research assistant at DIGIPOL, sucessfully defended his PhD "Formulation and implementation of truth commissions in Latin America". 

The examining board was chaired by María del Mar Martínez Rosón, professor at the University of Salamanca. It was also composed of Elin Skaar (University of Bergen, Norway) and Martha Liliana Gutiérrez Salazar, from the Jorge Tadeo Lozano University in Colombia. The thesis was carried out in hybrid format and the result was very satisfactory for both the examining board and the doctoral candidate.
