The Kick off meeting of the Working Group 4 of the “Digital technologies for improving civic engagement, political organisations and democracy” (Relink2) project was held on February 14^th. The meeting, coordinated by Gabriela Borz and Oscar Barberà, was held online. It served to define the communication plan and the strategy for engaging with interested groups. The group's internal organization also was discussed.
