Specialised training in ethics, academic integrity and responsible research in the age of AI, combining online and in-person activities for master's students.
From the Universitat de València, together with our FORTHEM partners of the Université Bourgogne Europe we are launching a postgraduate programme to train students in responsible research and academic integrity in the age of AI.
This first edition of the programme, Strengthening Ethics and Academic Integrity in Current Research: Promoting Responsible Practices in the Age of AI, addresses the main ethical challenges posed by current research and the use of artificial intelligence.
What does it offer?
- An introductory session and four online webinars to build a shared theoretical foundation.
- Two on-site days at Université Bourgogne Europe, in Dijon (France), on 7 and 8 December 2026, including conferences and practical workshops.
- An up-to-date approach to scientific communication, Open Science, and academic publishing in the context of AI.

Because scientific integrity is the foundation of rigorous, legitimate, and credible research. As generative AI continues to transform research practices, understanding its challenges and ethical dilemmas is becoming increasingly essential.
Who is it for?
Master's students from the UV, or any of the universities within the FORTHEM Alliance.
Programme duration: 22 September – 8 December 2026.
Working language: English.
Registration deadline: 10 September 2026.
