What can I do if I forgot my password to the Private Account Area?

If you do not have a password to access the Private Account Area or do not remember it, we can help you.

Until a member is not registered in the database of the collective Alumni, you can not access your private account area or ask for a new password.

How does the Alumni Private Account Area work?

                               

The Alumni Private Account Area is a space where only members of the collective can access.

With the Alumni private account area the students will be able to:

  1. Modify your personal information (except the account number for which you will need to contact the Alumni Office).
  2. To register for all the visits, trips and activities that are organized and that are with the period of open enrollment.
  3. Check the payment status of the fees.
  4. Consult the codes of advantages of the collaborating companies (these are groups of numbers and letters that some companies facilitated in the signing of collaboration agreements in order to recognize the members of Alumni at the time of carrying out a reservation).

To access Alumni Private Account Area the following data is required:

  • The email address you gave at the time of registration.
  • The password you received by email confirming this registration.

These four password numbers received are different from the code that the Alumni receives as the Universitat sends you the card at home. 

If the Alumni member has no password or has forgotten it, he/she will use the “Forgot the password?" button. The following data will be also required:

  • The email address you gave at the time of registration.
  • The NIF (Fiscal Identification Number used in Sapin) with the letter in capital letters. Then he/she will send the request.

Automatically, the Alumni will receive an email with a new password (four numbers) that will need to be used whenever you want to access the private area.

This password can not be modified, but if the Alumni forgets it, you can request another, whenever you want, repeating the previous step: "Forgot your password?".
