The Thai-Italian author Elisa Mecellari debuts in the long narrative with a surprising work: Papaya Salad, a work that takes advantage of the approach to the figure of his uncle, stationed during the Second World War in Europe, to address a suggestive vision of cultural differences, from his own intimate daily life to the historical vision. In this talk she will share with us the process by which she reach this work and its context.
