L'Escola Tècnica Superior d'Enginyeria de la Universitat de València acollirà l'11 de desembre, de 09.00 a 17.00, la jornada de presentació de la Càtedra Horitzó Verd: Nexe Aigua-Bioenergia

Horizonte Verde (Green Horizon) is born from the shared commitment to face the current environmental challenges. Promoted by Facsa, Sitra and Universitat de València, the Chair forms an alliance between the academic and business worlds to promote the development of knowledge, technology and talent on the way yowards sustainable water management and biowaste valuation.
- Promote practical training and specialisation of students in sustainability, resource management and technological innovation.
- Push forward joint projects that face the current challenges of environmental sustainability with innovative technology.
- Encourage development and implementation of collaborative solutions in response to the needs of the water sector and biowaste valuation.
- Knowledge transference and promoting activities between university and product and social sectors to advance on science, technique and education.
- Anaerobic treatment of waste water (AnMBR)
- Biowaste co-digestion
- Technology for the mud management from biowaste valuation
- Technology to obtain bioenergy (biogas and/or biomethane)
