IN_JUSTICE
Reference code

Description
The first one was that of denial or deception under the paradigm of the permanent state of exception. The second one emphasized the danger in the possible inaction of States and the consequent violation of human dignity. The third considered the pandemic as an accelerator of the crisis of democratic systems and the triumph of technological capitalism. Finally, the fourth line of argument announced the advent of a unique moment of collective catharsis. The purpose of this article is to rethink, with the perspective of time, the interpretative frameworks that illuminated a debate that still cannot be considered closed today.
