Education innovation from the Chair of International Finance – Banco Santander
On 9 and 10 July 2025, the practical course ‘Aplicaciones de la Inteligencia Artificial en la docencia y la investigación universitarias’ (‘Artificial Intelligence Applications for Teaching and Research in Universities’) was brought by the Universtat de València Chair of International Finance – Banco Santander.
This gathering took place in Department of Business Finance Room 5P19 and welcomed a group of professors and doctorate students interested in exploring AI tools. Professor, industry engineer and teaching, digital transformation and new technologies applied to university education expert Juan A. Marín García presented the event.
The sessions will include topics like:
- The current role of generative AI in education.
- Its application in improving research productivity.
- Practical excercises with tools like ChatGPT, Gemini and Python.
- Reflection on ethical issues, risks and upcoming challenges in academic usage of AI.
The Chair will keep betting on continuous ethical transforming training that promotes innovation and profesional development of teaching and research personnel.
