Participants are required to register and submit online the abstracts of their contributions.

Registration procedure

To perform your registration at ISMEC 2020, please fill out the provided registration form and return it to ismec2020@uv.es – subject: Registration – along with a copy of the receipt of the bank transfer made to pay the registration fee.

Fee

A discounted early bird registration will be available until June 30^th, 2020. All payments must be made in euros (€) and bank charges must be covered by the participant.

* Junior researchers (master and PhD students, post-doctoral fellows under 30) should send a copy of their student card to the conference secretariat (ismec2020@uv.es). In the absence of a valid student card, a declaration by a tutor will be accepted.
** Only cash payments will be accepted on site

For participants, fee includes attendance to all scientific sessions, conference material, welcome reception, lunches, coffee breaks, cultural program and the gala dinner. On the other hand, for accompanying persons fee only includes welcome reception, lunches, cultural program and the gala dinner.

After the registration form and payment have been received, the Secretariat will confirm your Registration by e-mail.

Payment

All payments must be made in euros (€) by credit card or bank transfer, banking fees must be covered by the participant. Payments must be performed by bank transfer to:
