Description
This project was initiated through the engagement of a technical assistance service to conduct a research study on the processes of deinstitutionalisation and transition towards personalised and community support models in Spain for four large population groups: people with disabilities, elderly people, people in a situation of homelessness and children and adolescents in a situation of risk or neglect.
