Essays and reports delivery 2016-17

The essays and reports delivery must be done through the Virtual Classroom according to the procedure that is detailed as follows. This way of delivering allows students to be aware of their works being delivered within the indicated period, as well as to avoid possible losses. It is also useful to determinate in a simple way that the requirements are accomplished in at least a certain number of essays.

Delivery procedure by students

  • Go to aulavirtual.uv.es and enter using the username and the password that allows yous to get into the university mail, as well as other services of the University of Valencia.
  • Click the subject to which you want to deliver an essay or report.
  • Go to the section called ‘ASSESSMENT’ (or ‘works delivery’, etc.) which is usually located under the initial section of the main menu called ‘FÓRUMS’.
  • You will find four options/tasks: ‘ESSAY’ (1st call); ‘REPORT’ (1st call); ‘ESSAY’ (2nd call); ‘REPORT’ (2nd call).
  • Select the right option and click *Add submission*.
  • A new window will appear and you will be able to submit the file containing your work. The file must be in Word (.doc, .docx) or PDF so the professor has no problems reading it.
  • Once submitted, the essay or report is already delivered (it remains recorded in the Virtual Classroom and you can check it any time).
  • If you notice you made a mistake or want to send a new version because there is still time to do it, you only need to upload a new file and the old one will be automatically deleted.
  • Thank you very much for your collaboration!

NOTE.- If you experience any problem accomplishing closing dates, it is necessary that the student contacts directly the professor of that concrete subject.
